Do’s

  • Use in block production lines: Choose to use this industrial plywood in AAC block and concrete block manufacturing, this will boost longevity and provide high-load resistance.
  • Opt to clean regularly: Choose to clean the surface of the plywood after each manufacturing cycle, this will prevent debris buildup, increasing the lifespan.
  • Opt for even installation: Choose for placing the industrial boards on the leveled bases, this will ensure stability and will offer full product uniformity during the molding process.
  • Periodically rotate: Choose to rotate or flip the industrial plywood periodically, this will extend the service life, offering the wear and tear evenly.
  • Store in dry, covered spaces: Choose to store this specially designed industrial plywood in a dry, covered location, away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Don'ts

  • Avoid using damaged boards: Do not use damaged industrial boards, this will ultimately compromise the quality and will not offer a clean finish.
  • Avoid using for cutting or hammering: Do not consider to use this high-quality industrial plywood as a workbench or cutting platform; this will damage the protective layering of the plywood.
  • Avoid exposing to flames or high heat: Do not place the boards near heat or open flames, this will reduce resin integrity, weakening the panel.
  • Avoid dragging heavy objects: Do not consider dragging the materials across the surface, this will reduce the overlay’s abrasion.
  • Avoid storing on uneven ground: Do not stack or put the plywood on wet surfaces, this will warp the panels and reduce its usability.
