Aluminium Composite Bus Flooring

Are you still on the hunt for an advanced transportation plywood that offers unmatched heat insulation, soundproofing, and durability for your buses? If yes, meet Magnus Aluminum Composite Bus Flooring, a perfect bus flooring panel designed for both contemporary buses and large trucks.

This high-density bus flooring is curated using treated hardwood with a 1.5 mm five-bar aluminium sheet and undergoes a hot press that has a capacity of 3,500 tons. It is further bonded using unsaturated polyester resin and BWP-grade adhesives, increasing the load-bearing capacity, and lowering vibrations, making it safe for bus interiors.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Anti-Slip Surface: 5-bar aluminium pattern
  • Aluminium Sheet: Available in 0.8–1.5 mm
  • Hardwood Core: Solid base
  • Bonding of Polyester Resin: Tightly fuses layers for longevity
  • Reinforcement by Phenols: Improves moisture and wear resistance
  • High Density: 0.845–1.00 gm/cm³ for heavy loads
  • Thermal Insulation: Keeps interior cooler in heat
  • Sound Dampening: Reduces vibration and noise
  • Thickness Options: 9 mm to 12 mm
  • Aluminium Sheet Thickness: 0.8 mm to 1.5 mm
  • Size Options: 8 x 4 feet

Applications: Bus Deck Flooring | Heavy Automobile Floors | Paneling | Seat Backs | Resting Platforms | Anti-Vibration Interiors | Sound-Resistant Transport Areas

Do’s

  • Install for bus flooring and interiors: Choose this transportation plywood for buses and automobiles requiring heat, noise, and load resistance.
  • Seal the bus flooring edges: Choose to seal the edges of this transportation plywood properly. This will ensure it maintains structural bonding and avoids any moisture damage.
  • Place the ply on rigid surfaces: Choose to install this bus flooring on even or rigid floors, this will prevent bending or cracking, enhancing the lifespan.
  • Match with usage thickness: Use the appropriate panel thickness and aluminium sheet grade based on bus load capacity and interior requirements.
  • Choose this ply in hot zones: Consider using this transportation plywood in environments that are exposed to temperature changes and constant vibrations.

Don’ts

  • Avoid cutting the ply too roughly: Prevent incorrect shipment plywood cutting, this can delaminate the aluminium sheet and weaken its bond.
  • Avoid leaving the ply in standing water: The adhesive integrity of this bus flooring will be compromised if it is left in standing water for extended periods.
  • Do not consider stacking these bus floorboards: Avoid placing this bus flooring on uneven or sloping surfaces as this may cause the surface to deform or dent.
  • Avoid using this bus flooring where minimal strength is required: This heavy-duty bus flooring is specifically designed for high-performance zones, therefore don’t use it in places where high strength is not required.
  • Do not drag in rough areas: Avoid dragging this bus flooring on rough surfaces as this may cause scratches or erode the aluminium coating, which may reduce its traction and appearance.
