Do’s

  • Use for equipment that has high movement: Choose to use this transportation plywood in the equipment where movement is high such as shipping containers and heavy-load vehicles.
  • Seal the container plywood edges: Strong adhesives should be used to keep the edges of the transportation plywood closed. This will prevent moisture absorption and increase its longevity.
  • Lay the container plywood in a smooth place: Always keep the container flooring in a smooth, plain area, this will keep the shape of the plywood as it is, enhancing its performance.
  • Determine the thickness: Choose the thickness of the panel depending on the load you want to put, this will avoid over-stressing the plywood, increasing its lifespan.
  • Choose this ply in forklift-active zones: Always make sure you are choosing this transportation plywood in the areas where forklifts frequently operate.

Don’ts

  • Do not use defective tools: Do not consider tools for cutting this container plywood that is either defective or damaged, this can lead to cracks or surface damage, reducing the panel’s durability.
  • Avoid placing the panel on water: Do not consider exposing the container flooring to water for prolonged hours, this can damage the bonding and overall strength of the panel.
  • Uneven stacking is not advisable. Do not stack panels on irregular or unstable surfaces, as this can lead to bending or damage to the plywood’s edge.
  • Avoid using ultra-thin sheets in load zones: Do not consider using thinner panels on the heavy-impact areas, this can lead to premature failure of the plywood.
  • Do not drag the panel over sharp edges: Do not consider rough handling or dragging on abrasive surfaces, this can degrade the transportation plywood’s outer layer.
